Unfortunately, you are not eligible to apply to STU as an International Student. As per the MOE Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan, you meet one of the following conditions
1. Your Permit Certificate of Nationality Loss will have been issued for less than eight years when STU classes begin/the semester starts*
2. You have a household registration record in Taiwan
3. Within the last six years before the semester starting date, you have stayed in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao or Mainland China for more than a total of 120 days in one calendar year
Unfortunately, you are not eligible to apply as an International Student as per the Nationality Act and the MOE Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan. You can only apply as a Mainland Chinese Student. Please consult the University Entrance Committee for Mainland Chinese Students.
